How much is Damage Deposit?
The refundable damage deposit is $100.
How do I get my Damage Deposit back?
When you rent our equipment, we just ask that you return it in the same great condition we provided it in. After we inspect the equipment following your event, we’ll gladly refund your damage deposit via etransfer.
How much is the deposit to secure my date?
To secure your date, we require full payment upon signing the Rental Agreement. If you’d like to set up a payment plan, we’re happy to arrange that for you! Just keep in mind that a 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. For details on cancellations or date changes, please refer to our full terms and conditions.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 30 days before your rental period begins. We'll refund your deposit, minus a 10% cancellation fee, and process the refund within 15 business days of receiving your notice.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before your rental starts, the full deposit will be retained, and the total payment is non-refundable. However, you can always reschedule your event for any date within the next year, subject to availability.
When/how do I pay?
To secure your reserved date, we kindly request the full payment. We happily accept cash, E-transfer, and online payments. Thank you!
How much space do I need set up a playhouse?
Each equipment has its own size and requirements . Height requirements vary between each equipment so please measure ceiling heights! , if you're unsure, please ask us ahead of time! The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. We can also set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.
Do I need to clean the bounce house when the party is over?
We ask that you inspect the unit to ensure it’s returned in good condition, with only minimal cleaning needed by our staff. If the unit requires extensive cleaning, an additional fee of $30 per hour may apply.
How long is the playtime?
Our items are rented for 5 hours of playtime, not including setup and take down unless we’ve made other arrangements. If you’d like to extend your rental time, we might be able to accommodate that for an additional cost. Just shoot us an email at trendyplayhouse@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help!
Do you deliver and set-up? What is the cost?
We deliver in Calgary and surrounding areas like: High River, Okotoks, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Strathmore.

It's important to note that these rates may be subject to change based on various factors, such as the type of item being delivered or the time of day. It's best to confirm the delivery and set up fees by giving us an email with your inquiries.
Why did you stop doing outdoor events?
While we love being part of all kinds of celebrations, we made the decision to stop offering outdoor events due to Calgary's unpredictable weather. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced equipment getting damaged from rain, hail and staining from wet grass, which affects the quality and safety of our rentals. To ensure the best experience for our clients, we’ve chosen to focus on indoor events where our equipment stays safe and can be enjoyed to the fullest. We always want to provide the highest level of service, and this shift helps us maintain that standard. We hope to continue creating memorable moments with you in an indoor setting!
