How safe is it to rent a playhouse house?

It is safe, however as with any activity involving small children, adults must supervise the activity. Please refer to the instructions and guidelines listed on your rental contract and on the unit itself. It is important that all users follow the rules listed. We require a waiver note to be signed prior to set up, please refer to the waiver on our website.

Do you deliver and set-up? What is the cost?

We deliver in Calgary and surrounding areas like: High River, Okotoks, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Strathmore.

It's important to note that these rates may be subject to change based on various factors, such as the type of item being delivered or the time of day. It's best to confirm the delivery and set up fees by giving us an email with your inquiries.

When/how do I pay?

To secure your reserved date, we kindly request the full payment. We happily accept cash, E-transfer, and online payments. Thank you!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as you can. Here's what you need to know:

  • A $25 cancellation fee applies.

  • For a full refund, cancel two weeks before the event.

  • If you cancel within one week before the event, unfortunately, we can't provide a refund, but we're happy to assist with rescheduling.

What is your policy if there is inclement weather?

We reserve the right to cancel, should the weather be unfavorable. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should cancel the rental and reschedule your event. If we set up the unit, and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds,  snow storm) if this happens you must NOT allow the use of the bounce house, and we will contact you to discuss whether we continue the event. However, in this event, no refund will be given.

Do I need to clean the bounce house before the party starts?

All of our inflatables and equipment are cleaned and serviced after each day. We want you to be comfortable in knowing that you are providing your family and guests with fresh and hygienic rental products. You owe it to your kids to ensure you are renting from a reliable company.

Do I need to clean the bounce house when the party is over?

You, the customer, will need to inspect the unit to make sure that there will only be a minimal amount of cleaning required by our staff. If the unit is not in the same condition of cleanliness, there will be an additional cleaning fee off $30 an hour.

How much space do I need set up a playhouse?

Each equipment has its own size and requirements . Height requirements vary between each equipment so please measure ceiling heights! , if you're unsure, please ask us ahead of time! The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. We can also set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.
